Terms of use and privacy policy

The service

MAE Tunnel gives you remote management access to your MikroTik routers through an encrypted tunnel, with graphs, backups and alerts. It is run by the Maesuai System team.

Acceptable use

• Use it only with routers you own or are allowed to manage.
• Do not use it to publish unlawful content, attack other systems, or host other services on the ports you get.
• Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended without notice.

What we store

• Your email and password (hashed) to log you in.
• Router status: name, model, version, CPU, memory and per-interface traffic (kept 7 days).
• Backup files (/export), which contain the secrets in the router config, encrypted at rest; the latest 14 are kept and they are deleted within 30 days of removing the router.
• The IP you visit from and key events (login, setup, online/offline), kept 90 days.

We never store your WinBox password, never look at or record what you send through the tunnel, and never sell data.

Liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own backups of important routers too.
